CANCELLATION POLICY

 

Sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; Style Haus Salem respectfully requests at least 72 hours notice for cancellations.  Providing more than 72 hours notice frees clients of any financial obligation for the missed appointment.

  • Less than 72 hours notice of a cancellation/reschedule request will result in providing a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the reserved service in order to reschedule.  

  • NO SHOWS will be charged a rebooking fee of 100% of the reserved service amount, which will need to be paid in full prior to scheduling a new appointment.

LATE ARRIVAL

We understand late arrivals happen, and when we are able, Style Haus Salem will attempt to accommodate as best as we can.

However, in order to respect every client's time, an arrival of 15 minutes or later than the scheduled appointment time with result in either an abbreviation of the services scheduled for the appointment charged at the full session price originally booked, or the need to reschedule your appointment and the late cancellation fee will apply.

RESERVATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit may be required in order to reserve a New Guest appointment and/or an appointment requiring specialty/long duration services.. 

 

  • If requested, this non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the appointment.

  • The amount is 25% of the estimated service price of the appointment.

  • The deposit is applied to the final ticket cost of the appointment.  

  • Deposit appointments require 7 BUSINESS DAYS notice for any rescheduling request; less than 7 days notice will result in a forfeit deposit and new deposit will be required to secure the new appointment.

ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Style Haus Salem strives for every client to be 100% satisfied with their outcome 100% of the time!  If your new look does not meet the parameters of the outcome both parties agreed upon during the consultation:

  • Style Haus Salem does not offer refunds for any services performed. 

  • Style Haus Salem will honor adjustment requests for SEVEN DAYS after the initial service.

  • Please send an email and provide specific details about your concerns.

  • Understandably sometimes clients wear their correctly executed new look for a day or two and decide that is not for them.   Style Haus Salem will happily schedule a new appointment, however any adjustments made will be considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
